उद्धरेदात्मनाऽऽत्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत्।
आत्मैव ह्यात्मनो बन्धुरात्मैव रिपुरात्मनः॥
Let a man raise himself by his own efforts. Let him not degrade himself. Because a person’s best friend or his worst enemy is none other than his own self.
